Meet the Owner

Dolce strives for two simple things:  crafting the tasty pastries + coffee and providing a cozy + cheerful customer experience.  To us, the best baked goods are made by hand with the freshest ingredients.  Our doughs are hand rolled and cut, allowing us to measure the quality of each piece.   Our pastries are baked fresh every day.  Our classic and relatable pastries invoke sweet memories.  Our premium coffee is roasted less than a week before its served, then ground and brewed fresh multiple times per day.  


The best baked goods and the best coffee elevate an experience, whether it arrives at the beginning of a business meeting or at the end of girls day.  Our friendly baristas, quaint historic building, and aromatic space are the icing on the cake. 

Hello, thank you for visiting our website. My name is Mark Dissinger, a Milford local for over 20 years. I've always had a dream of buying Dolce Bakery and Coffee Shop, and when the Tatman's were ready to sell I jumped on my chance. Since Dolce opened in 2003 under Chuck and George it has been a favorite spot of mine and my family's. I used to bring my daughter here when she was younger to get cinnamon rolls and for 6 years she worked here for the Tatman's. I look forwarding to being able to continue to provide delicious homemade baked goods and specialty coffees to the Milford and surrounding areas.
